Hi friend! My name is Lauren Dack, it’s nice to meet you!

I truly believe in the importance of women sticking together and cheering each other on. That’s why I’m so glad you’re here to join me in that! I’ll be telling the truth about our journey with autism, staying at home, and learning how to take better care of myself.

I am a Christ follower, wife to Josh, and mommy to 2 sweet boys, Caleb and Mason. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counselor, currently taking a year to be home with my kids full time. I also co-lead a small group of middle school girls at North Point Community Church and I believe in the healing power of essential oils. I’m pretty sure I’m more weird than cool, and that’s ok with me!
